Job Summary

This role is responsible for the management of paid activities across all major advertising platforms. The candidate will plan, execute, manage the optimization and handle the reporting while ensuring that the integrated digital strategies are aligned with the objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, monitor and manage the campaigns across multiple advertising platforms (like Google, Facebook, AMS, LinkedIn, Twitter, Media Buying, Programmatic, etc)

  • Oversee growth in performance to meet business goals and strategies.

  • Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired returns.

  • Map ad formats to advertising objectives

  • Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior

  • Plan and optimize landing page testing

  • Report on key performance indicators.

  • Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads – A/B testing.

  • Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices.

  • Present account reviews internally

  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively

  • Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive

  • Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy

Qualification

Any Graduate, MBA

Requirements

  • Should have worked on big spending accounts

  • Experience - Minimum 4 years in Performance Marketing

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data

  • Knowledge and experience in tools like SEMRush, SpyFu, Google Keyword Planner, etc

  • Expert in usage of Google Analytics, GTM (conversion tracking & eCommerce setup)
